I think her lipstick is great and I actually don't dislike this. I just feel like I know waaaay too much about the State of her Torso than I need to.
But I kind of love this wacky thing (not ironically, like actual love).
And while the shadow here is confusing matters -- get on top of this important problem, Jon! -- this is charming, too. If only she'd done for YOU GUESSED IT a more interesting shoe. I feel like I need to clarify some of my shoe related feelings: I wear plenty of black pumps or whatever out in the world. Because I don't have a stylist bringing me interesting things that expensive shoe designers would like me to put on my feet in public for both of our benefits. If I were a celebrity, I'm sure I'd be on this website all the time, dressed like a crazy old lady, but my shoe game would be HOT.
I just noticed this snap is ever so slightly blurry, but she looks great if you squint. Can we credit the glasses? (I think the leather skirt helps.)
This was an event with Lucy Liu, Maggie Gyllenhaal And Mira Sorvino, and I have NO IDEA what the connective tissue between those three actresses could be. They're all native New Yorkers? Two of them have other successful actors in their family? I dunno. I DO know that I think it's sort of cute that this dress looks like newsprint at an event hosted by the New York Times, although she needs saucier footwear with it.
