I dig a patterned short. (I am currently wearing ones with anchors on them because I am a person who loves things with anchors on them. Also lobsters. Also pineapples. Also hearts. Wow, I really am the eleven year old president of Club Preppy.) But these are $125 from her own line and while I think you should spend whatever you want on your stuff if you have the cash, I personally prefer my own Whimsical Shorts on more of the J Crew Factory price point.

Those shorts match her tote, and that's how I realized [how very much Draper James she's going to be sporting here](https://www.draperjames.com/?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) (not that I blame her; it's her business and she's her own best marketing). The jacket is also Draper James. I don't care what the actual origin story is: I decided the name of her brand is a shout-out to Jon Hamm.

I actually love that Totes Y'all tote, but it is sold out and $125.

THIS is not a Promotional Walk; this is her appearance on Letterman, during his Farewell Episode, which we just forgot to feature when it happened. I LOVE this color.

Shirt, hat, tote: All by Reese. It's hard to tell from a picture, but that tee doesn't look like a $75 top to me. I am also slowly realizing that Reese and I are a different brand of preppy.
