In fairness to Stella, the actual coat/wrapping contraption is not hers, as far as I know; just the dress underneath it, which seems sort of cute actually O LOOK HARK IT'S THE LOCUSTS. But I appreciate that Beyonce decorated herself like a homespun Christmas tree.

Oscar the Grouch is like, "When did I join the Village People?"

I know it was balmy in NYC the day she wore this outfit, but there is still SUCH a massive disconnect for me between the thin white dress and bare legs and white shoes, and the snuggly overcoat.

... I like the shoes. And the blazer. And the coat over it. But the tube top and the billowy pants are not my specific flavor of jam.

Yes. YES. WEAR THAT GIANT PONCHO. I'm serious.

See? Look how much fun she's having in that sucker.

This is basically a half-jacket, half-sweater, but it works.

This is glamorously 70s. it's sort of a cross between Amy Adams in "American Hustle" and what Kim Kardashian strives to be.

I like this coat, too, obviously. It's grey! It's woolen! That's all it takes sometimes. The TV, by the way, tells me her name is Aleeeeeseeea (like Silverstone) and then Vick-AND-er. So I've been pronouncing both of them ring. I've been saying Vie-kander. LEARNING.

Oh, just put your arms through the dang sleeves, girl. Unless she's REALLY REALLY paranoid about wrinkling them and/or sweating. Okay, well, that might be fair, actually.

I have to appreciate a lady who is so committed to her millinery that she matches it to her coat.

And here, a good cropped leather jacket. I enjoy that she makes NO BONES about what she's out and about doing.

That might actually be more of a wine cardigan-adjacent coat.

I just want to reach out and touch that.

Ladies and gents, fire up your boucle.

Another great coat. All this warm weather may be a boon to New Yorkers, but it's been really hard on those of us who want to ogle outerwear -- HASHTAG POOR PITIFUL MEEEE -- so I appreciate this, Jennifer.

I am confused once more by the expanse of leg matched with a wool coat, but I guess... if you're just trying to get from A to B very quickly without freezing, and you're in a limo most of the time, then... sure?

I like this poncho. I also like that she's a Breton-stripe fiend too.

That DOES look pretty snuggly for a flight.

Now THAT is some good coat drama. Also, I would NEVER have pegged this as Behati. She manages to look different to me every time I see her face.

Case in point.

Many of these I want to put on and then curl up inside on my couch, in front of a fire.

That is a lot groovier than I knew to expect from Lewis (a Formula One driver).

Sigh. At least the coat is cheerful. Let's ignore what's under it.
