There were a couple photos of her goofing around like this, and it came off very charming, like she actually has a nice interplay with the photographers. It's not Lea Michele-style scenery chewing (although honestly, if that's what makes Lea comfortable out there than bless her and let her continue for eternity). It's just riding, like she's making fun of herself and the whole thing, but not in a disrespectful way. I don't know. I like it. Playful is a good look for her.

As for whether the actual OUTFIT is a good look for her... It definitely fits her aesthetic, but there are suits where the sexy no-shirt thing secretly works, and suits where the sexy no-shirt thing looks like a marinara accident that led to said shirt being torn off in the limo and balled up in an ashtray. This falls in the latter category for me.
Also, those shoes look a BIT too Turn Of The 20th Century Widow for me. At least with this ensemble. Possibly with all ensembles.

Indeed, those shoes make an appearance here, too. I don't mind the cropped sweatshirt but the pants seem a little... dated, maybe?

And here the pants seem a little ABSENT. You can actually see that they're in fact DEEPLY DEEPLY ABBREVIATED, but boy, it took me a while to locate the proof of presence.

Here's a look at the outfit when the blazer isn't buttoned. I... like the shoes? But why is EVERYTHING cropped? Why is your coat so heavy when your pants and shirt are so gone? THE PATTERN IS BABIES.
