I have NO IDEA what Anne is promoting, but I do like the idea that she thought, "people might be ready for me to come out of the house again, but how do I make sure my slow crawl back into likeablity is successful? I KNOW: PUPPIES."

Puppies aside, from what I can tell, this dress is cute on her. (It always makes me laugh that the snaps from Today generally look as if the photog in question has taken them from inside the recycling bin.)

Hilariously, our photo service accidentally labeled this "Taylor Swift." But I get it: cute bob haircut, great coat, sunglasses, walking purposefully toward to New York door. Easy mistake to make. (Also, this is a good look on her.)
