I am no longer surprised by the idea of Rihanna trotting out her delicates as outerwear (although for all the bajillions of clothes she owns, she couldn't find ONE THING that is an actual real outfit?), so my curiosity is this: How is she even in the same climate as the person behind her, much less the same street?

And THIS is from March, but we didn't have access to the photo at the time, so I am PLEASED to have this excuse to share (and therefore remind myself that it exists so that it gets its Fug Madness due). IT'S PANTIES. The crux of this outfit is panties. I don't know what the weather is like that inspires a cropped sweatshirt, panties, and a shower curtain. This is a laundry pile, not an ensemble, girl.
