This dress is a LITTLE BIT "the cute girl who works at the Bavarian theme restaurant just threw on a blazer and went out once her shift was over," but it works better than you'd imagine reading that sentence. (Reed Morano, pictured also, is the youngest person in the American Society of Cinematographers -- she's 38, and one of only 14 women in the group. Cheers to that!)
