I look at this and think, "SOMEBODY saw Beyonce's Egg Roll outfit as a gauntlet."
What you can't see as well here, but I detected in other photos, is that I THINK there is a plastic piece there between the skirt and the ruffle. It seemed to catch the light in other pictures. Not that it makes it BETTER that this can add "partially made of plastic" to its dubious resume.
