The slim yellow train is a little pointless, but I like that she wrapped it around her arm almost as a way of making it SEEM purposeful and wanted. Also possibly to make it easier to keep it from catching on things? (She'd probably have needed to wind it about five more times.) There are also a lot of elements to this outfit that I don't typically like, yet I also think she looks really good in it.
