(Photo by Amy Sussman/WireImage for Parkwood) So, at first, I was like, "Oh, that's sort of fun," but something seemed weird in the boobular region. So I zoomed in, and it would seem that she has, like... swirly discs on her chest, but they're low and facing down and basically in combat with the belt? Which is a weird place for them?!? Unless they really ARE supposed to be boob coasters and not actual nipple adornments??!!!!? ## Lupita Nyong'o in Mach & Mach ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2023/11/GettyImages-1814173940-1701051321.jpg) BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA - NOVEMBER 25: (Editorial Use Only) (Exclusive Coverage) Lupita Nyong'o attends the World Premiere of "Renaissance: A Film By Beyoncé" at Samuel Goldwyn Theater on November 25, 2023 in Beverly Hills, California. (Photo by Emma McIntyre/WireImage for Parkwood) Good news: This is, [from what I can tell](https://www.instagram.com/p/C0H5bQay5UM/?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io), a kicky coat-style minidress with totally normal shoes, and does NOT end in bellbottoms made of ribbon and actual Dutch clogs. ## Gabrielle Union in Cong Tri ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2023/11/GettyImages-1814073363-1701051237.jpg) BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA - NOVEMBER 25: (Editorial Use Only) (Exclusive Coverage) Gabrielle Union-Wade attends the World Premiere of "Renaissance: A Film By Beyoncé" at Samuel Goldwyn Theater on November 25, 2023 in Beverly Hills, California. (Photo by Kevin Winter/WireImage for Parkwood) That skirt is pretty, and the top is... not UNPRETTY but does feel like someone dared her to wear part of her bridesmaid dress again. ## Marsai Martin in Jean-Louis Sabaji ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2023/11/GettyImages-1814055713-1701051226.jpg) BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA - NOVEMBER 25: (Editorial Use Only) (Exclusive Coverage) Marsai Martin attends the World Premiere of "Renaissance: A Film By Beyoncé" at Samuel Goldwyn Theater on November 25, 2023 in Beverly Hills, California. (Photo by Amy Sussman/WireImage for Parkwood) Her gloves are well used here, as a point of interest AND as a lively accessory. ## Tan France ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2023/11/GettyImages-1814164540-1701051267.jpg) BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA - NOVEMBER 25: (Editorial Use Only) (Exclusive Coverage) Tan France attends the World Premiere of "Renaissance: A Film By Beyoncé" at Samuel Goldwyn Theater on November 25, 2023 in Beverly Hills, California. (Photo by Emma McIntyre/WireImage for Parkwood) That shirt sincerely looks like it started life as a Gymboree dress for a child. ## Law Roach ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2023/11/GettyImages-1814165562-1701051277.jpg) BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA - NOVEMBER 25: (Editorial Use Only) (Exclusive Coverage) Law Roach attends the World Premiere of "Renaissance: A Film By Beyoncé" at Samuel Goldwyn Theater on November 25, 2023 in Beverly Hills, California. (Photo by Emma McIntyre/WireImage for Parkwood) I could not figure out whom Law reminds me of here, and then it hit me: IS IT KEN PAVES? It's Ken Paves, right??!? ## Chloe Bailey in LaQuan Smith ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2023/11/GettyImages-1814167609-1701051288.jpg) BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA - NOVEMBER 25: (Editorial Use Only) (Exclusive Coverage) Chloe Bailey attends the World Premiere of "Renaissance: A Film By Beyoncé" at Samuel Goldwyn Theater on November 25, 2023 in Beverly Hills, California. Crossed with a dash of Rizzo. ## Kevin Aviance ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2023/11/GettyImages-1814205709-1701051330.jpg) BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA - NOVEMBER 25: (Editorial Use Only) (Exclusive Coverage) Kevin Aviance attends the World Premiere of "Renaissance: A Film By Beyoncé" at Samuel Goldwyn Theater on November 25, 2023 in Beverly Hills, California. (Photo by Amy Sussman/WireImage for Parkwood) This feels like it must be an ode to stuff Beyonce would wear on stage, right? Although, who am I kidding, nobody cares about pants anymore. (Except Mugler, I guess, [which showed this WITH them](https://www.gofugyourself.com/photos/mugler-s-s-2024/mugler-s24-035-1696550431?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io).) ## Andra Day ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2023/11/GettyImages-1814217900-1701051364.jpg) BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA - NOVEMBER 25: (Editorial Use Only) (Exclusive Coverage) Andra Day attends the World Premiere of "Renaissance: A Film By Beyoncé" at Samuel Goldwyn Theater on November 25, 2023 in Beverly Hills, California. (Photo by Amy Sussman/WireImage for Parkwood) This has an open back, and she was so intent on showing that off, it took me a while to find a shot of the front. BUT I PREVAILED. HERO. She looks nice, if a little muted. ## Michaela Jae Rodriguez ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2023/11/GettyImages-1814231477-1701051384.jpg) BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA - NOVEMBER 25: (Editorial Use Only) (Exclusive Coverage) Michaela Jaé Rodriguez attends the World Premiere of "Renaissance: A Film By Beyoncé" at Samuel Goldwyn Theater on November 25, 2023 in Beverly Hills, California. (Photo by Amy Sussman/WireImage for Parkwood) This reminds me of torn bits of cassette tapes. But, not in a bad way. ## Lori Harvey in vintage Mugler ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2023/11/GettyImages-1814247977-1701051425.jpg) BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA - NOVEMBER 25: (Editorial Use Only) (Exclusive Coverage) Lori Harvey attends the World Premiere of "Renaissance: A Film By Beyoncé" at Samuel Goldwyn Theater on November 25, 2023 in Beverly Hills, California. She's performing as The Raven. ## Jeremy Pope ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2023/11/GettyImages-1814271262-1701051526.jpg) BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA - NOVEMBER 25: (Editorial Use Only) (Exclusive Coverage) Jeremy Pope attends the World Premiere of "Renaissance: A Film By Beyoncé" at Samuel Goldwyn Theater on November 25, 2023 in Beverly Hills, California. (Photo by Emma McIntyre/WireImage for Parkwood) He is OBVIOUSLY her partner. It's right there in his name. You can't spell it without "Poe." ## Halle Bailey ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2023/11/GettyImages-1814257361-1701051444.jpg) BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA - NOVEMBER 25: (Editorial Use Only) (Exclusive Coverage) Halle Bailey attends the World Premiere of "Renaissance: A Film By Beyoncé" at Samuel Goldwyn Theater on November 25, 2023 in Beverly Hills, California. (Photo by Kevin Winter/WireImage for Parkwood) And for her free skate, she's playing the role of a British guard's hat. I can't wait to see that routine. I imagine the plot is that the hat blew away in the wind, and the guard can't corral it to get it back on top of his head. I hope it ends with them united. ## Lena Waithe ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2023/11/GettyImages-1814244337-1701051394.jpg) BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA - NOVEMBER 25: (Editorial Use Only) (Exclusive Coverage) Lena Waithe attends the World Premiere of "Renaissance: A Film By Beyoncé" at Samuel Goldwyn Theater on November 25, 2023 in Beverly Hills, California. (Photo by Emma McIntyre/WireImage for Parkwood) I've decided Nicole just really does not want anyone to recognize her. It took having Boris with her for me to be like, "Okay, I see it...?" ## Ava DuVernay ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2023/11/GettyImages-1814246441-1701051414.jpg) BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA - NOVEMBER 25: (Editorial Use Only) (Exclusive Coverage) Ava DuVernay attends the World Premiere of "Renaissance: A Film By Beyoncé" at Samuel Goldwyn Theater on November 25, 2023 in Beverly Hills, California. (Photo by Kevin Winter/WireImage for Parkwood) Someone asked for an Ava DuVernay retrospective, so I pulled a bunch of pics for our year-end coverage, and it is SO LONG. So much longer than you'd think. And she's since ADDED OUTFITS. But they're almost all really good, so it's hard to edit. This is great. ## Jessica Betts and Niecy Nash-Betts ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2023/11/GettyImages-1814254778-1701051435.jpg) BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA - NOVEMBER 25: (Editorial Use Only) (Exclusive Coverage) (L-R) Jessica Betts and Niecy Nash-Betts attend the World Premiere of "Renaissance: A Film By Beyoncé" at Samuel Goldwyn Theater on November 25, 2023 in Beverly Hills, California. (Photo by Kevin Winter/WireImage for Parkwood) Corey looks boring, but Kris looks professional. Like she's there to make a deal. ## Terrence Terrell ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2023/11/GettyImages-1814267018-1701051476.jpg) BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA - NOVEMBER 25: (Editorial Use Only) (Exclusive Coverage) Terrence Terrell attends the World Premiere of "Renaissance: A Film By Beyoncé" at Samuel Goldwyn Theater on November 25, 2023 in Beverly Hills, California. (Photo by Emma McIntyre/WireImage for Parkwood) I hope she makes a deal with this man, for this entire outfit. It's fab. ## Kelly Rowland in Gaultier ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2023/11/GettyImages-1814267538-1701051486.jpg) BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA - NOVEMBER 25: (Editorial Use Only) (Exclusive Coverage) Kelly Rowland attends the World Premiere of "Renaissance: A Film By Beyoncé" at Samuel Goldwyn Theater on November 25, 2023 in Beverly Hills, California. (Photo by Amy Sussman/WireImage for Parkwood) This is not the best pic of Kelly herself, but it WAS the one that showed the cone-boobs clearly. It's very... gentle Gaultier. Like Gaultier meets The Vampire's Wife meets Jiffy Pop. ## LaTavia Roberson ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2023/11/GettyImages-1814260549-1701051496.jpg) BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA - NOVEMBER 25: (Editorial Use Only) (Exclusive Coverage) LaTavia Roberson attends the World Premiere of "Renaissance: A Film By Beyoncé" at Samuel Goldwyn Theater on November 25, 2023 in Beverly Hills, California. (Photo by Amy Sussman/WireImage for Parkwood) She wanted to build an outfit around her favorite potholder, AND SHE DID. ## Issa Rae ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2023/11/GettyImages-1814260592-1701051507.jpg) BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA - NOVEMBER 25: (Editorial Use Only) (Exclusive Coverage) Issa Rae attends the World Premiere of "Renaissance: A Film By Beyoncé" at Samuel Goldwyn Theater on November 25, 2023 in Beverly Hills, California. (Photo by Emma McIntyre/WireImage for Parkwood) This seems reasonable, and comfortable. ## Bianca Lawson in Erdem ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2023/11/GettyImages-1814406004-1701051536.jpg) BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA - NOVEMBER 25: (Editorial Use Only) (Exclusive Coverage) Bianca Lawson attends the World Premiere of "Renaissance: A Film By Beyoncé" at Samuel Goldwyn Theater on November 25, 2023 in Beverly Hills, California. (Photo by Amy Sussman/WireImage for Parkwood) This is pretty, but almost feels like thematically it befits a different event. Like if this gets nominated for an Oscar. Now I hope it does. ## Shangela ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2023/11/GettyImages-1814404472-1701051546.jpg) BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA - NOVEMBER 25: (Editorial Use Only) (Exclusive Coverage) Shangela attends the World Premiere of "Renaissance: A Film By Beyoncé" at Samuel Goldwyn Theater on November 25, 2023 in Beverly Hills, California. (Photo by Emma McIntyre/WireImage for Parkwood) This seems hastily made from spare Tin Man parts. ## Melina Matsoukas ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2023/11/GettyImages-1814283862-1701051555.jpg) BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA - NOVEMBER 25: (Editorial Use Only) (Exclusive Coverage) (L-R) Melina Matsoukas and William Hazel attend the World Premiere of "Renaissance: A Film By Beyoncé" at Samuel Goldwyn Theater on November 25, 2023 in Beverly Hills, California. (Photo by Emma McIntyre/WireImage for Parkwood) This is how I learhed she is pregnant. She's being very, ahem, transparent about it. ## Kendrick Sampson ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2023/11/GettyImages-1814260604-1701051516.jpg) BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA - NOVEMBER 25: (Editorial Use Only) (Exclusive Coverage) Kendrick Sampson attends the World Premiere of "Renaissance: A Film By Beyoncé" at Samuel Goldwyn Theater on November 25, 2023 in Beverly Hills, California. (Photo by Emma McIntyre/WireImage for Parkwood) Okay, I know this is a movie screening, but it would be hard to imagine turning up at this event in THAT outfit, and looking around, and thinking, "I've made a terrible mistake." [The Renaissance Tour Movie's Starry Premiere Included Beyonce Looking Like... Not Beyonce(No, that's not her.
