# Revisiting Annette Bening's 2024 Awards Season Wardrobe

Compared to [Danielle Brooks](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/revisiting-danielle-brookss-awards-season-03-2024/),[ Carey Mulligan](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/revisiting-carey-mulligans-awards-season-wardrobe-03-2024/), [Sandra Hüller](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/revisiting-sandra-hullers-2024-awards-season-wardrobe-03-2024/), and even co-star [Jodie Foster](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/revisiting-jodie-fosters-2024-awards-season-wardrobe-03-2024/), Best Actress nominee Annette Bening's awards season wardrobe is fairly small. She wasn't nominated for the BAFTA, and she skipped the SAG Awards, and didn't do a lot of the other folderol around the awards. (Her husband Warren Beatty didn't come with her to any events, and I confess to being low-key worried about his health.) Nevertheless, she and her stylist Linda Medvene (who also works with Sterling K. Brown) really stuck to a cohesive tone for this awards season: Competent, elegant, assured.
