Last season, [Richard Quinn shot to fame when he got The Queen sitting in the front row](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/queen-elizabeth-made-a-surprise-appearance-at-london-fashion-week-02-2018/) \-- she saw [helmets and florals and face masks, oh my](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/so-what-exactly-did-the-queen-see-at-fashion-week-02-2018/) \-- and then [Amal Clooney wore him when she co-hosted the Met Gala](https://www.gofugyourself.com/photos/the-hosts-of-the-2018-met-gala/met-gala-2018-ny?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io). That's quite an arrival. [As *Vogue* tells it, this season](https://www.vogue.com/fashion-shows/spring-2019-ready-to-wear/richard-quinn?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io), "the front row was populated not by celebrities but by art students from Quinn’s high school in London and Central Saint Martins, where he earned his degree. In recent years, arts programs have been desperately underfunded in British schools, and this was Quinn’s way of drawing attention to a system in dire need of support." His show also sounded very interesting, beginning with shadows and set to footage of gathering storm clouds, only to have the floral parts of the collection effectively burst forth. Pretty nifty, even if the face coverings are nutty.
