I was very concerned that those were culottes, but it does appear on closer examination to be a skirt. So now I can focus on how her top is a folded-over waistband. I must applaud her for being an impenetrable badass in it.

Oh yeah, Bill is in it also. He and Octavia look excellent -- if slightly unprepared for heat -- but I really wish someone had hooked them up with sunnies. Octavia's face says, "IS THIS THE LAST ONE? I CAN'T SEE."

I think Hannah would appreciate this sentiment: Her boobs look FANTASTIC in that dress. They're both delightful and I hope Octavia gets to kick someone's ass in this show.
