This is all fairly nondescript. The hat is really the only thing here that's noteworthy. The caption read, 'Rihanna enters with her very fashionable outfit and exits with more fashion.' First, I think we can all agree that while this does technically constitute an outfit, it is not especially fashionable. (Which is okay! She's clearly just flarging around! Who has time for fashion while flarging?) Second, do we think this means she just bought the hat?

I wonder what she bought. It could have been the necklaces. Maybe it was the hat. Or maybe, since it's nighttime, an impulse buy explains...
