And she certainly looks regal in this. It's like Princess Leia but with better drama. ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/08/shutterstock_editorial_13095558cy-1660622298.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by John Salangsang/Shutterstock (13095558cy) Cynthia Addai-Robinson 'The Rings of Power' Premiere, Culver Studios, Los Angeles, CA, USA - 15 Aug 2022 That's right! Work that cape. ## Ema Horvath ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/08/shutterstock_editorial_13095552ac-1660622391.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Matt Baron/BEI/Shutterstock (13095552ac) Ema Horvath 'The Rings of Power' Premiere, Culver Studios, Los Angeles, CA, USA - 15 Aug 2022 This is quite fabulous. I appreciate that I was able to kick things off with capes. ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/08/shutterstock_editorial_13095552ae-1660622412.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Matt Baron/BEI/Shutterstock (13095552ae) Ema Horvath 'The Rings of Power' Premiere, Culver Studios, Los Angeles, CA, USA - 15 Aug 2022 YES! ALSO working it. Thank you. ## Morfydd Clark ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/08/shutterstock_editorial_13095552cv-1660622197.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Matt Baron/BEI/Shutterstock (13095552cv) Morfydd Clark 'The Rings of Power' Premiere, Culver Studios, Los Angeles, CA, USA - 15 Aug 2022 Our Galadriel is Welsh. I was trying to look up how to pronounce her name, and apparently she pronounces it... exactly the way it's spelled, and with a rolled R. Easier than I thought! ## Markella Kavenagh ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/08/shutterstock_editorial_13095552aj-1660622103.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Matt Baron/BEI/Shutterstock (13095552aj) Markella Kavenagh 'The Rings of Power' Premiere, Culver Studios, Los Angeles, CA, USA - 15 Aug 2022 Her character is "a Harfoot," which sounds like it's... not a Hobbit, but not necessarily NOT a Hobbit? She looks like a saloon employee who made her own outfit out of stolen textiles. ## Sophia Nomvete ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/08/shutterstock_editorial_13095558gx-1660622351.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by John Salangsang/Shutterstock (13095558gx) Sophia Nomvete 'The Rings of Power' Premiere, Culver Studios, Los Angeles, CA, USA - 15 Aug 2022 She plays a "princess of a Dwarven city." She LOOKS like the most popular philosopher in all of Athens. ## Cynthia Erivo ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/08/shutterstock_editorial_13095552et-1660622233.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Matt Baron/BEI/Shutterstock (13095552et) Cynthia Erivo 'The Rings of Power' Premiere, Culver Studios, Los Angeles, CA, USA - 15 Aug 2022 This is Cynthia trying to remember exactly what the heck even happens in Lord of the Rings, or the Hobbit, other than a lot of walking. (I tease. I did enjoy the LOTR movie trilogy. I just tried to read the books too young and so I never wanted to keep up with them. I should try again.) ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/08/shutterstock_editorial_13095552es-1660622222.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Matt Baron/BEI/Shutterstock (13095552es) Cynthia Erivo 'The Rings of Power' Premiere, Culver Studios, Los Angeles, CA, USA - 15 Aug 2022 "Anyone want to make a spinoff called THE EGG OF TRIUMPH?" ## Lena Waithe ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/08/shutterstock_editorial_13095552fa-1660622249.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Matt Baron/BEI/Shutterstock (13095552fa) Lena Waithe 'The Rings of Power' Premiere, Culver Studios, Los Angeles, CA, USA - 15 Aug 2022 Lena and Cynthia did appear to attend together. I can't remember if their relationship has been confirmed or not. ## Sara Zwangobani ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/08/shutterstock_editorial_13095552ad-1660622402.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Matt Baron/BEI/Shutterstock (13095552ad) Sara Zwangobani 'The Rings of Power' Premiere, Culver Studios, Los Angeles, CA, USA - 15 Aug 2022 This is VERY cute. ## Benjamin Walker ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/08/shutterstock_editorial_13095552ak-1660622112.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Matt Baron/BEI/Shutterstock (13095552ak) Benjamin Walker 'The Rings of Power' Premiere, Culver Studios, Los Angeles, CA, USA - 15 Aug 2022 He plays the High King of the Elves, so I guess we can hope he's an ancestor of Orlando Bloom's. Maybe Orlando can visit him from the future, as Benjamin's character supposedly has the gift of foresight. Or maybe he is less a High King and more a King who is High and his "foresight" is really just a chemical haze. ## Nazanin Boniadi ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/08/shutterstock_editorial_13095552cf-1660622169.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Matt Baron/BEI/Shutterstock (13095552cf) Nazanin Boniadi 'The Rings of Power' Premiere, Culver Studios, Los Angeles, CA, USA - 15 Aug 2022 She runs the apothecary -- no, really -- so maybe she's the High King's supplier. If he buys enough, she can upgrade to non-plastic shoes. ## Robert Aramayo ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/08/shutterstock_editorial_13095552ap-1660622122.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Matt Baron/BEI/Shutterstock (13095552ap) Robert Aramayo 'The Rings of Power' Premiere, Culver Studios, Los Angeles, CA, USA - 15 Aug 2022 Robert is "a half-Elven architect and politician." This sounds like a very dry job for Tolkein. ## Ismael Cruz Cordova ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/08/shutterstock_editorial_13095552au-1660622131.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Matt Baron/BEI/Shutterstock (13095552au) Ismael Cruz Cordova 'The Rings of Power' Premiere, Culver Studios, Los Angeles, CA, USA - 15 Aug 2022 OKAY, now we have some fashion flair on a gent, even if it IS in the form of a napkin tucked around his neck. I gather his character loves an elf, much the way Aragorn and Arwen were in love. (I got that from Wikipedia. If you're not familiar with the backstories here, and want to stay unspoiled, don't go there. It alludes to a lot of characters' fates.) ## Shoniqua Shandai ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/08/shutterstock_editorial_13095552bg-1660622140.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Matt Baron/BEI/Shutterstock (13095552bg) Shoniqua Shandai 'The Rings of Power' Premiere, Culver Studios, Los Angeles, CA, USA - 15 Aug 2022 She is not in the show, that I can find, but I appreciate that she did NOT let this stop her from wearing some form of headgear. ## Michael Cimino ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/08/shutterstock_editorial_13095552bh-1660622149.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Matt Baron/BEI/Shutterstock (13095552bh) Michael Cimino 'The Rings of Power' Premiere, Culver Studios, Los Angeles, CA, USA - 15 Aug 2022 He plays Daelannn of the McKayys, a waveriding people... just kidding, he's not in the show. But he does give surfer-bro vibes to me in that deep vee. ## Jeff Bezos ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/08/shutterstock_editorial_13095552br-1660622159.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Matt Baron/BEI/Shutterstock (13095552br) Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez 'The Rings of Power' Premiere, Culver Studios, Los Angeles, CA, USA - 15 Aug 2022 And look, Gollum is back! ## Maxim Baldry ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/08/shutterstock_editorial_13095552cp-1660622183.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Matt Baron/BEI/Shutterstock (13095552cp) Maxim Baldry 'The Rings of Power' Premiere, Culver Studios, Los Angeles, CA, USA - 15 Aug 2022 He plays a sailor/warrior type person. He needs to sail to a tailor. Love the color but the proportions are wonkus. ## Eric Garcetti ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/08/shutterstock_editorial_13095552cz-1660622209.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Matt Baron/BEI/Shutterstock (13095552cz) Eric Garcetti 'The Rings of Power' Premiere, Culver Studios, Los Angeles, CA, USA - 15 Aug 2022 He plays the current mayor of the shire of Los Angeles, who has had 5/6 of himself out the door for a while now. ## Lauren Ash ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/08/shutterstock_editorial_13095552w-1660622261.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Matt Baron/BEI/Shutterstock (13095552w) Lauren Ash 'The Rings of Power' Premiere, Culver Studios, Los Angeles, CA, USA - 15 Aug 2022 I didn't recognize her (she's from Superstore). The dress is cute. Her shoes need more personality. ## Owain Arthur ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/08/shutterstock_editorial_13095552y-1660622273.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Matt Baron/BEI/Shutterstock (13095552y) Owain Arthur 'The Rings of Power' Premiere, Culver Studios, Los Angeles, CA, USA - 15 Aug 2022 He looks cheery. Wikipedia says it took three hours to apply his prosthetics every day, and a) no wonder he's cheery, if that's over with; and b) I read it first as "three hours to apply his prostitutes," which would be AMAZING. ## Brandon Kyle Goodman ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/08/shutterstock_editorial_13095558bj-1660622285.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by John Salangsang/Shutterstock (13095558bj) Brandon Kyle Goodman 'The Rings of Power' Premiere, Culver Studios, Los Angeles, CA, USA - 15 Aug 2022 THE PATTERN IS FACE. ## Camryn Jones ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/08/shutterstock_editorial_13095558fy-1660622329.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by John Salangsang/Shutterstock (13095558fy) Camryn Jones 'The Rings of Power' Premiere, Culver Studios, Los Angeles, CA, USA - 15 Aug 2022 This is a cute take on the midriff thing. ## Sarah Jeffrey ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/08/shutterstock_editorial_13095558h-1660622361.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by John Salangsang/Shutterstock (13095558h) Sarah Jeffery 'The Rings of Power' Premiere, Culver Studios, Los Angeles, CA, USA - 15 Aug 2022 This looks... semi-homemade. She is lovely though. I liked her on the Charmed reboot. ## Yvette Nicole Brown ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/08/shutterstock_editorial_13095552a-1660622379.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Matt Baron/BEI/Shutterstock (13095552a) Yvette Nicole Brown 'The Rings of Power' Premiere, Culver Studios, Los Angeles, CA, USA - 15 Aug 2022 The brooch/corsage bit might be one flourish too many for me. ## Michael B. Jordan ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/08/shutterstock_editorial_13095558gr-1660622339.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by John Salangsang/Shutterstock (13095558gr) Michael B. Jordan 'The Rings of Power' Premiere, Culver Studios, Los Angeles, CA, USA - 15 Aug 2022 I TOLD YOU THE ENDING WOULD BE DELIGHTFUL. I'm not a real Formal Tank Top person but I AM a Michael B. Jordan person and an ardent supporter of his arms, so. [I Fell Into a Burning Ring of PowerPlease tell me I'm not the only one who sings the title of this show that way.![](https://storage.ghost.io/c/bf/b9/bfb99790-924d-4e41-a7e6-5e3c6e04fe57/content/images/static-gofugyourself-com/uploads/2022/08/shutterstock_editorial_13095558de-1660622315.jpg)](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/i-fell-into-a-burning-ring-of-power-08-2022/)
