Or maybe he is less a High King and more a King who is High and his "foresight" is really just a chemical haze.

She runs the apothecary -- no, really -- so maybe she's the High King's supplier. If he buys enough, she can upgrade to non-plastic shoes.

Robert is "a half-Elven architect and politician." This sounds like a very dry job for Tolkein.

OKAY, now we have some fashion flair on a gent, even if it IS in the form of a napkin tucked around his neck. I gather his character loves an elf, much the way Aragorn and Arwen were in love. (I got that from Wikipedia. If you're not familiar with the backstories here, and want to stay unspoiled, don't go there. It alludes to a lot of characters' fates.)

She is not in the show, that I can find, but I appreciate that she did NOT let this stop her from wearing some form of headgear.
