# Rita Fuga

You know how if you repeat a word over and over again, it starts to lose all meaning? That is basically what's happening to me with Rita Ora's face.

Please note that's not a CRITICISM of her face. There is nothing wrong with her face. But somehow it's been scrubbed of all meaning for me over the last little while, perhaps because I feel like her persona -- styling, music, everything -- comes off as such a pastiche of what's come before her. There's nothing I can latch onto that feels special, and this outfit certainly isn't helping. It's eating her alive. It's the Animal Planet documentary of outfits, shown stalking its prey and devouring the unsuspecting victim alive.

I'll give her that the dress is neater when you see it's all beadwork, but the eye makeup is making even Ancient Egypt rethink itself.
