I find this look stylistically groovy. The shirt/cape is wacky, but striking; the only thing I can't figure out is how she could possibly wear that and also carry an over-the-shoulder haul-your-life-around purse. I mean, the answer is clearly that she can't, because she isn't.

I like to think Rita nicknames, or at least creates backstories for, all her looks. This one would be a kooky design guru in the vein of, like, Karim Rashid, but who has invented a new athletic waterbottle in the shape of a giant drawstring.
