We begin with pants madness! Although it almost looks more like panty mishaps. Specifically, the lace waistband to... something... that's strewn across her abs. There is plenty I don't understand about this ensemble, but for some reason that piece of lace is high on my list.

Those pants are sort of entertaining. They're like half of a Nudie Suit designed for aughts-era Britney Spears.
This looks VERY warm. I'm not mad at it.
And honestly, this is the most relatable thing she's worn in a minute. I also spy that her purse says RO on it, which I assume is not coincidental, and is in fact consciously her initials.
