This photo vaguely reminds me of Jason Priestley's opening shot in the *Beverly Hills 90210* credits, where he turns around and waggles his brows over his sunglasses, and I'm sure that's just what R Pattz and his stylist were hoping to evoke.

Having said that: I think he looks great in this suit, and [he's supposed to be amazing in this film, *Good Time*](https://www.nytimes.com/2017/05/28/movies/robert-pattinson-cannes-film-festival-good-time-twilight.html?%5Fr=0&ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io). He was the front-runner, if I understand it correctly, for Best Actor (which Joaquin Phoenix actually won). I have to say that I am weirdly delighted by the idea that both he and Kristen Stewart will emerge from the *Twilight* morass as really excellent actors.

It's been a while since we had a good buttoning/unbuttoning shot, and I'm happy to oblige.

From left to right here we've got: Buddy Duress, Robert Pattinson, Ben Safdie, and Joshua Safdie. The latter two are the film's directors, and Duress is Pattinson's co-star. It's cute that they all decided to match.
