Drew is THRILLED to be out of the house again! In fairness, though, this is a real party dress and it has to be fun.

The use of emeralds as her accessories here is ALSO fun, and honestly -- who better to wear a sunshine-y meringue of a gown than Drew Barrymore? SHE is a sunshine-y meringue.

With the man himself. Who looks like himself!

She accepted the Fashion Icon Award and it's wholly deserved. She's obviously very beautiful and charismatic and her diamonds are MAJOR here. I love her in red. I do not know that I love this look, particularly? From this angle, she looks like she's wearing her bikini top and has rolled a more voluminous dress down to her waist.

Here, it's more like she's bursting forth from a scrunchie. I'd say that I think SHE looks good but I don't know if this LOOK is good, if that makes sense.

This is VERY costume-y but also quite fun. Time for my speculative drama story, which -- let me stress -- I have totally invented. But Law Roach came with Zendaya (obviously! He is a huge part of the reason she won that award), and he used to style ATJ but no longer does, and he is for sure one of the reasons she won Inaugural Face of the Year. Do we think that was awkward? Honestly, despite all my DRAAAAAAMMMMA jazz hands about this, I am confident that everyone was profesh; people work with different stylists sometimes, ATJ is now working with Paul Burgo who [I believe] is her childhood friend, and I suspect Law is VERY expensive [as he should be], and I'm sure she acknowledged him. All that aside -- and please know that I would read a book about STYLIST DRAMA -- while this looks vintage, it's all custom. It's a good time. I feel like I also need leopard print pillbox hat.

MORE HATS ALL THE TIME!

CJR looks kicks, and EB looks kicky in CJR! So it's good news all around. Even more good news: He won American Womenswear Designer of the Year Award, which seems right.

You know I'm gonna low-key mutter a lil bit about the matchy shoes but gawd, life is short, who cares, let's give praise to her fashion tape holding this blazer closed and just admire how nice she looks as a Orangsicle.

I also like the shoes better here -- I think the step-and-repeat lighting kinda washed them out.

He won The Geoffrey Beene Lifetime Achievement Award and correctly so. He also looks, as you'd gather from his name, very dapper indeed.

Amelia Rami looks very chic, and Edvin Thompson of Theophilio looks GREAT and also won American Emerging Designer of the Year!

Speaking of Vera Wang, here she is! She looks cool, frankly. I wish the sleeves were leather.

She looks great and this dress is fab.

Meanwhile, Anna looks like an Even Richer Margot Tenenbaum here and, honestly, I am not mad about it at all.
