This is allegedly custom Erdem, but doesn't it look vintage? (I believe that it is NOT vintage, but they really nailed the vibe.) Regardless: This vintage-looking dress is very pretty on Meghan! I THINK she's wearing black suede shoes and they just look navy in this light, btw -- we know she's got these shoes in black, and later you'll see that the Shoe Lighting in the Royal Albert Hall is confusing.
Meghan

Maybe not, though? I don't know, friends. I'm sure an eagle-eyed royal watcher is working on this right now! Regardless: I can assure you that everyone looks reasonable at this here event. No one decided to pop out for a Festival of Remembrance in something bonkers.
Wills and Kate

I mostly picked this snap because you can see Kate's black belt situation, which ties in her accessories (in other photos, she was gesturing too much to see it), but it DOES make me laugh that she looks so irked here. (She was very cheery in the rest of them, though.) Also: This is, I think, a new dress for Kate, and it's extremely reasonable. (That neckline is very flattering; I'm sure Meghan approved, as she loves a bateau.)
THE QUEEN!

Behold Her Majesty. Very chic in black this evening. (Remember the year she wore green sequins? That was thrilling. Memories!)
Sophie Wessex

Is this a fluffy fur bomber jacket on Sophie? That's snazzy.
Princess Anne (and Mr. Princess Anne in the background)

"Oh! Hello! I didn't expect to see YOU here. I'll have questions for you later."
Camilla and Chaz

Camz has had a chest infection this week, and I'm happy to see her out and about; SHE too looks to be wearing navy shoes? This is a profound mystery.
Harry and Meghan

I like to imagine that as soon as the lights really went down, Meghan stared daggers into the back of BoJo's head. (Just as a Logistical Point: As I understand it, Wills and Kate are in the front row because the three heirs to the throne are in the front. Then, I think Andrew has landed himself in the front row because he's the Queen's escort, AKA, he's in Philip's slot. Please note: I DO NOT think it's wise, advisable, good, or in any way well-thought out that he continues to get to attend these things!!!!!! STOP BRINGING ANDREW TO THINGS! THIS IS NOT GOOD)

I cannot resist a great Doubtful Stare.

Because we always like to see the whole lay-out of these things -- but also because it always makes me laugh when everyone is standing for the Queen and she's just like, "here we go again."
