We got half of the Gallipoli centennial covered in last week's Royals Round-Up, and the rest of it happened after I went to post. So here it is! Harry looks REAL handsome this week.

This is "the New Zealand Memorial Service marking the centenary of the World War One Gallipoli Campaign" in Turkey. On the 25th, Chaz and Harry were with the Australian and New Zealand contingents for Anzac Day, which, if I've understood correctly from when we discussed this last year during William and Kate's Oz/NZ tour, is like Memorial Day in the United States, in that it honors those who served and gave their lives in military conflict. (Here's the Wikipedia page; as ever, I welcome those of you who are better versed on this subject than I to weigh in.)

Informative Caption says that Harry gave a speech, but I'd heard that Harry actually read a poem. His speech may have had a poem IN IT, however.

This is, per Informative Caption, "the Nek, a narrow stretch of ridge in the Anzac battlefield on the Gallipoli Peninsula," in Turkey, and it looks very beautiful. (I've never been to Turkey, but always wanted to go.)

This is with New Zealand Prime Minister John Key during the aforementioned Dawn Ceremony.

Harry then popped back to London to be there for the Marathon where he chatted up EVERYONE -- here, medical volunteers -- and basically looked hot and wondered if Kate would have her baby while he was home for 24 hours. The answer was NO.

I inadvertently downloaded both of these photos, so why not also give you the close-up?

On Saturday, William tackled the British commemoration of Gallipoli with his grandparents and this face to me totally says "I wonder if Kate's in labor at home right now." SHE WAS NOT.

Her Majesty looks appropriately somber and yet quite chic in this, I must say. (I always enjoy Wills in his overcoat.)

This morning (Friday, May 1st), William went and signed the condolence book for the victims of the earthquake in Nepal.

I LOVE that Ladbrokes has a chalkboard with running odds of baby names outside the hospital. British Betting Culture, I cherish you.

Informative Caption is quite interesting here: Prince Charles "looks at a mask as he visits the 'Indigenous Australia: Enduring Civilisation' exhibition at the British Museum...The show is the first major exhibition in the UK to present a history of Indigenous Australia through objects, and celebrates the cultural strength and resilience of both Aboriginal peoples and Torres Strait Islanders." Which sounds very interesting. Someone go and report back!

Anne also attended Gallipoli ceremonies and she did so in some really bad-ass boots.

PLEASE wear that to your next public event, Sophie.

Such a shame the British pomp and circumstance isn't at ALL picturesque or photogenic or dramatic AT ALL.

"Yes. It's heinous. This is true." (Mr Mars here is an American and he's Mars as in Mars Bars, as in the candy magnate. Of all the things of which to be a magnate, candy is one of the best.)

Allow me to start with Informative Caption: "King Willem-Alexander and Queen Maxima of The Netherlands take part in celebrations marking the 200th anniversary of the kingdom on April 25, 2015 in Zwolle, Netherlands." Uninformative Caption: MAXIMA WHAT IS ON YOUR HEAD??! It is INSANE and also I love you.

King's Day encompassed several days, and Maxima wore a glorious hat throughout. This one is YOOOGE. (Look how cute Crown Princess Catharina-Amalia, Princess Alexia, and Princess Ariane are in their capes!)

That, my friends, is quite a lid. She and W-A are going to DC, Grand Rapids, and Chicago over June 1-3, so report back if you see the turban in the wild.

This man is ALL OF US.

King's Day always gives me the opportunity to Wiki the backgrounds of random Dutch royals and bemoan that they're generally well-behaved. This dude's whole name is Prince Bernhard Lucas Emmanuel of Orange-Nassau, van Vollenhoven, he went to Georgetown, and the two of them are totally well-behaved and low key. She's quite pretty!

I think Princess Anita's dress is so pretty but I think non-white shoes might have been better? They are ALSO boringly nice and well-behaved from what I can tell.

A) We have to talk about the women behind these two, with the white glasses and turban! She looks nutty and also awesome.
b) Marilene is actually generally very smartly-dressed, if I remember correctly, and she certainly wins here. They're ALSO totally devoid of SCANDALE. You guys! Someone please at the very least accidentally befriend a drug lord!

This is AMAZING. Maxima looks like a wacky broad on a tropical cruise and W-A is her husband who's spent all day in the hot sun bringing her pina coladas.

I dig this dress on Letizia. As ever, I also enjoy that they both seem to be wondering if the other remembered to unplug the waffle iron.

A flowered blazer AND a flowered dress always makes you look a wee bit like a sofa, I fear. (Letizia looks elegant.) (You guys know what I think about the shoes, obviously.)

I really like this color on M-M, but I'm not sure if the cut is the most spectacular on her? I dig the tights, though.

These folks are celebrating the King's birthday, and I always love that cape on Silvia. But can we talk about Estelle? SHE IS THE CUTEST.
