Kate in DVF
We'll start with Informative Caption: "Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, attends the annual Remembrance Sunday Service at the Cenotaph on Whitehall .... It's a very somber and important event, and I wanted to recognize that before asking how we feel about the cinnamon bun of hair looped over Kate's left ear? I want to note that I don't think this hair is, like, overly frivolous or whatever the Daily Mail is going to decide to bitch about. I just think it makes her look like her head is unbalanced.

Camilla's side-eye here is life-affirming. And, as usual at this event, I think Sophie wins.
Harry and Wills
This is a very serious and somber occasion and it would be inappropriate of me to note that these overcoats are very sexy. On the other hand, people finding military overcoats sexy throughout time is one of the reason the human race still exists.

I enjoy how QE2's body language at this event is always like, "LET'S GET THIS DONE." Not in a hasty way. In a PURPOSEFUL one.
Kate in Temperley
As a person who is ALWAYS COLD, I have sympathy for Kate in that I think she too is often cold and that's why she doesn't take off her coat sometimes. But it is weirdo to me that she kept her coat on this entire time.
Wills and Kate
I was going to make a joke about how Wills's face is so PERPLEXED looking and then I realized: William. You are not wearing your glasses. WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS TO ME. I have so little right now. Prince William looking sensible and contained in glasses is ALL I HAVE.

Speaking of Sophie, her glasses are CUTE and she totally got the memo about the Black Dress, Lace Sleeves plan from the rest of the women. I assume Kate is keeping her coat on because she accidentally wore hot pink? I don't even know. Maybe she IS pregnant and things are percolating under there (my basis for this theory is literally nothing at all beyond the fact that it's a theory literally 100% of the time, every single day of her life.) Meanwhile, Prince Edward is all of us when the homily gets suuuuuuper long.

No lace sleeves for Her Majesty. This dress is actually really chic, though -- the waist detailing is lovely.
