I have tiny notes about Kate's coat -- namely, that I think it needs a belt (it's based on an Erdem coat that DOES have a belt) -- but mostly, I love that she's mixing it up. It appears to be suede?

Right? Laser-cut suede? With lace? (Also, Suede and Lace sounds like a terrible soft-rock duo from the 70s.)

I also dig the hat. Has she EVER worn something with such a wide brim? I kind of love it. (And it's a nice change from the fascinator/cocktail hat shape.)
Also: It seems I really downloaded a LOT of pictures of the three of them walking into Wabbey. What can I say? I enjoy seeing the trio back in action. I GOT OVER-EXCITED. Might as well use this one for Informative Caption: "The service is the largest annual inter-faith gathering in the United Kingdom and will celebrate the Queen's 90th birthday. Kofi Annan and Ellie Goulding will take part in the service." Kofi Annan and Ellie Goulding: Two names you don't often hear together. (Perhaps THEY can form the terrible soft-rock duo Suede and Lace, in all their copious free time.)

"I don't know, Harry. Queen Maxima said that I needed to branch out in terms of what I wear on my head, and I thought about it, and I realized she was right. Just WAIT until she lets me borrow this turban!"

Oh, Harry. You handsome scamp. Don't stay away so long next time. Additionally: Do you think the boys had a conversation about who got to wear the red tie, and who got to wear the blue one?

A) Let's all just recognize that the FRONT of Harry's hairline is holding up really extremely well, but the top of his head may be giving up the ghost. It happens, Harry. And I'm sure your brother is working on some really mean zingers about it right now, so brace yourself for some sibling payback.
b) I also want to know what Harry just said here, because Wills's face is VERY, "wait, WHAT?"

HERE COMES THE GENERAL.
Contractually mandated Hamilton joke aside: as ever, Her Majesty looks lovely, but also, I feel like we need to talk about the vestments here. THEY ARE SO BEAUTIFUL. I want to touch them. I suspect that's frowned upon.

"Look at all the glorious fan vaulting in here. I love a fan vault!"
I feel like, if I were Kate, it would be hard to pop into Westminster Abbey without thinking of my wedding. (And nor should she try NOT to think of her wedding, of course, so reminisce away, Kate. I'm sure you're super relieved to have my personal permission.)
