It was windy in London today, apparently. And I thank that wind, because it's as if it's saying, "ooooooh, take a look at the detailing on this neckline!!"

WIND: Ooooooh, let's just see if I can move these bangs out of the way, shall we? HOLD STILL, KATE!
(Technically, given that we're in London, I suppose this wind is British, and would call them "fringe," but this is my artistic vision, okay?)

I have ALWAYS liked this outfit and am very glad to see it reappear. In fact, when it scrolled by me on Twitter this morning as I blearly caught up with what happened overnight from my bed, I muttered, "ooh, Kate, I love that dress!" Additionally, this woman's coat looks soooo snuggly.

And because I apparently downloaded two almost identical photos -- LOOK, I JUST REALLY LIKE THIS OUTFIT (even if it does have a peplum, which I'd forgotten until just now) -- this seems like the right time to turn to our old friend, our once and future lover, Informative Caption: "Duchess of Cambridge arrives at the Place2Be Headteacher Conference ...The Duchess was attending as patron of the charity and as part of her ongoing work on the mental health of children."

I do wonder if the forest green clutch/shoes go better with this in person than they do in pictures?

You know I cannot resist adorable children with flags, and THESE adorable children are also wearing ties. I LOVE THEM and want to read them books and feed them cookies.

"Tell me the truth, you guys. The wind totally jacked up my hair, didn't it?"
