I mean, William's ALSO in his Dad Jeans -- I actually think they're those dove grey khakis we discussed at length during their trip to NZ/Oz, but whatever. Kate still needs to "accidentally" toss them into the moat at some point. But Harry's! HARRY. Harry's are like Dawson Leery's XXL Pants of Sadness and they are making me XXL Sad. It would have been better if he'd shown up in his white polo pants. OR BIKE SHORTS. ## Prince William, Kate Middleton and Prince Harry attend the Tour De France Grand Depart in London ![](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/content/files/www-gofugyourself-com/wp-content/uploads/2014/07/kate-harry-william-tour-de-france-122169pcn_tourderoyals09.xml) I have always wanted to use a giant pair of scissors to open something. When you're a Duchess, you get to use giant scissors AND whack things with champagne bottles (mostly ships, but occasionally heads) so much more than normal folks. ANYWAY, this is the Grand Depart of the Tour de France, which is the first stage of the race. (It's only started in England twice, apparently; The *Daily Mail I Know* has [tons of photos of this stage of the race itself, and of all the people who came out to watch it](https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/othersports/article-2681464/Tour-France-make-Grand-Depart-Leeds-send-Duke-Duchess-Cambridge-thousands-fans.html?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io). It looks like it's GORGEOUS there in Yorkshire today.) (PS: This is at [Harewood House, which looks totally hideous and super miserable and and not at all a place I want to visit and/or move into](https://harewood.org/about/?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io).) ## The Duke & Duchess of Cambridge And Prince Harry ![Kate-Prince-William-Harry-Tour-de-France (4)](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/content/files/www-gofugyourself-com/wp-content/uploads/2014/07/kate-william-harry-tour-de-france-451730412_10.xml) There is a whole series of pictures of them watching the race, and they all make me laugh. it's like: KATE: This is delightful. All these firm cyclists in Spandex. I love everything. My life is great. WILLS: This is interesting, isn't it? I wonder what we're having for tea. I hope it's tiny sandwiches. HARRY: HELLO. You guys? Hello?!! I AM HERE. MOVE OVER. I can't SEE. ## The Duke & Duchess of Cambridge And Prince Harry ![Kate-Prince-William-Harry-Tour-de-France (3)](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/content/files/www-gofugyourself-com/wp-content/uploads/2014/07/kate-william-harry-tour-de-france-451730400_10.xml) KATE: Oh, here they come. Isn't this riveting? WILLS: I'm fascinated by this athletic turn of events. HARRY: OH MY GOD YOU GUYS I CAN'T SEE ANYTHING. I CAN'T SEE. MOVE .OVER. WILLIAM. ## The Duke & Duchess of Cambridge And Prince Harry ![Kate-Prince-William-Harry-Tour-de-France (1)](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/content/files/www-gofugyourself-com/wp-content/uploads/2014/07/kate-william-harry-tour-de-france-451729780_10.xml) ...two seconds after this photo was taken, I imagine, there was a loud CRASH and a CLATTER as Harry falls over the barrier and Kate and Wills finally turn around and see him sprawled on the pavement. William: "Oh! Hello. I didn't know you'd come along today. WHAT are you WEARING?" ## Wills and Kate ![Kate-Prince-William-Harry-Tour-de-France (5)](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/content/files/www-gofugyourself-com/wp-content/uploads/2014/07/kate-william-harry-tour-de-france-451731462_10.xml) "We LOVE cycling! Remember [that time we hugged with uncontrolled glee at the Olympics?](https://www.gofugyourself.com/olympically-well-played-royals-08-2012/olympics-day-6-cycling-track-7?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) Can we do that again?" ## The Duke & Duchess of Cambridge And Prince Harry ![Kate-Prince-William-Harry-Tour-de-France (2)](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/content/files/www-gofugyourself-com/wp-content/uploads/2014/07/kate-william-harry-tour-de-france-451730162_10.xml) HARRY: But Cressy said she thought these trousers would make me look more manly. Something about how they take a lot of confidence to pull them off. No...? You don't think so? William? WILLS? ARE YOU EVEN LISTENING TO ME? WILLS: Kate's so pretty. ## Prince William, Kate Middleton and Prince Harry attend the Tour De France Grand Depart ![](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/content/files/www-gofugyourself-com/wp-content/uploads/2014/07/kate-harry-william-tour-de-france-122169pcn_tourderoyals27.xml) You can see the hem of her frock here, as she presents the jersey to the leader at the moment. It's definitely [this Susannah dress, which we're all dying to see without the coat over it](https://www.suzannah.com/dresses/tea-dresses/green-heart-designer-tea-dress-silk.aspx?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io). COME ON, KATE. GIVE US SOME LOVE. ## Prince William, Kate Middleton and Prince Harry attend the Tour De France Grand Depart in London ![](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/content/files/www-gofugyourself-com/wp-content/uploads/2014/07/kate-harry-william-tour-de-france-122169pcn_tourderoyals16.xml) "I also would like to see the rest of your dress, Kate. You need to hold up the side, given the Great Trouser Disasters of 2014." [Royally Played: Wills and Kate and Harry at the Tour de France Grand DepartSOMEONE needs to get William and Harry in some proper casual trousers. WHY are Harry's jeans so ENORMOUS? They were totally normal in Chile less than a week ago. BOTH of them need a pantstervention and I volunteer as tribute. As far as Kate goes, this is the green Erdem coat we saw in New Zealand over That Mythical Susannah Print Dress we still haven't seen yet as a whole. It's very SELFISH of her to keep covering it up. \[Photos: Getty, PacCoastNews, AKM/GSI\]![](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/content/files/www-gofugyourself-com/wp-content/uploads/2014/07/harry-william-kate-tour-de-france-ag038143_01.xml)](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/royally-played-wills-and-kate-and-harry-at-the-tour-de-france-grand-depart-07-2014/)
