Whilst all the rest of the royals are like in Mustique getting a tan or some shit, BEHOLD CARL PHILIP! He's inaugurating a rescue station, WHATEVER THAT MEANS! But he looks good doing it.

Y'all know it's a low content royals week when I actually paid cash money for a photo of Prince Edward, here in a red hat riding a horse with Lady Louise. The Wessexes are all up at Balmoral with Her Maj and Phil (of whom I could not get photos but photos of whom I did see, so I can assure you: He is alive or at least was alive as of Wednesday).

Here are Sophs and James, who Informative Caption tells me is learning to fly fish! (I also read in the DMIK that Meghan is going to learn to fly fish this summer.)

Meanwhile, in Austria, King Carl Gustaf and Queen Silvia are taking in the Amadeus Weekend at the Salzburg Music Festival. I *personally* prefer the Dramatic Escape From the Nazis as Aided by Nuns Weekend, but there's no accounting for taste.

## Princess Beatrix

This is reasonable! Thank you for going out to see this Youth Orchestra, madame!
