Um, EXCUSE ME, no one told me that Princess Margaret's grandson Arthur was so cute! *(And, as a housekeeping note: We're having some weird issues with comments on the site today; some of them are disappearing into the ether \[well, not the ether; I can see them in the backend, so they still exist, but they're getting lost on the way to the site\]. We are working on it! So if your comments do not show up for some reason, it's not personal and we know! We're on it!)*

Also, we have [the trailer for the new season of The Crown](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/heres-the-newest-promo-for-the-crown-08-2020/).

Here, read some stuff:

This is SO great! Via Hello: [Meghan Markle joins Michelle Obama's initiative to encourage people to vote. ](https://www.hellomagazine.com/royalty/2020082095742/meghan-markle-joins-michelle-obama-voting-registration-initiative/?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io)

This is REALLY interesting, at The Japan Times: [In an era of social distancing, the emperor might need social media.](https://www.japantimes.co.jp/news/2020/08/18/national/social-issues/emperor-naruhito-socia-media/?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) I feel like I've seen SO many articles like this and it's fascinating to me that the Japanese Imperial Family hasn't gotten on this.

This is good, via People: [James Middleton Opens Up About How His Dog Has Helped Him with Depression: 'I Owe Ella My Life'](https://people.com/royals/james-middleton-opens-up-about-how-his-dogs-helped-him-through-depression/?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io)

Asking the logistical real estate questions I need, Tatler: [Will this be Princess Beatrice and Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi's first marital home?](https://www.tatler.com/article/princess-beatrice-edoardo-mapelli-mozzi-marital-home?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io)

Also in my areas of interest, also at Tatler: [The most influential Royal Mistresses throughout history](https://www.tatler.com/gallery/most-influential-royal-mistresses-throughout-history?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io)

Good for Elizabeth for getting in there.

This is a great cause; I feel like anyone who pulled up to this Baby2Baby event and saw Harry and Meghan must have been SURPRISED!

Google Translate says, "Princess Beatrix with her grandchildren was taken in 2006: Eloise (2002), Amalia (2003) Claus-Casimir (2004), Luana (2005), Alexia (2005), Leonore (2006) and Zaria (2006). Her eighth grandchild, Ariane, is missing from this photo. She was born a year later."

It's Mette-Marit's 47th birthday, and click through these pics to see some dogs:
