Maxima is BACK! And she looks VERY Maxima-y. She really just needs a tremendously huge hat.

Everything about this is delightful! Informative Caption tells us more: "Queen Maxima of The Netherlands attends the 650th anniversary of the Bartholomeus Gasthuis on August 24, 2017 in Utrecht, Netherlands. The Bartholomeus gasthouse was founded in 1367 by an unknown citizen of Utrecht as shelter for pilgrims and homeless."

And this is the "60th anniversary of Kansfonds...[which] supports local initiatives and projects for vulnerable people like wanderers, children in poverty and lonely elderly people to help them change their situation and build self-reliance." So many nice helpful things are having anniversaries in the Netherlands right now. Also: This dress is great, and the accessories are perfect.

This was a High Mass for the memory of the victims of the Las Ramblas terrorist attack last week. Unsurprisingly, everyone looks very appropriate. With them is Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa, who is the president of Portugal.

Speaking of anniversaries, this is a sad one. On the 30th, Wills and Kate and Harry are going to open the Princess Diana 'White Garden' at Kensington Palace, which is devoted to her memory. It looks absolutely stunning.

This is so so beautiful. Chris Jackson, the Getty photographer who took these pictures, was at Kensington Palace very early this week -- I know from his Instagram -- and it truly paid off.

This is absolutely lovely and a wonderful way to play tribute to Diana. I hope, now that the 20th anniversary of her tragic death has passed, that the press will stop making Wills and Harry relive the absolute worst day of their life every year. I think it's right and smart that they talked about it this time; I think a lot of the work they've done, especially in mental health, is a wonderful tribute to her memory. But let this be enough, my goodness.

Everyone here is celebrating "Finland's centennial jubilee," and this is not a well-framed photo. Having said that: Queen Silvia looks GREAT in that hot pink!

The proportions on Madeleine here are sort of weird? Anyway, she is "[greeting] dignitaries during the opening ceremony of the 2017 Longines FEI European Championships." Fun
