Here we are that the annual Red Cross Ball, in Monte Carlo, which is really the only Big Deal Event Charlene ever goes to, other than Nationally Required ones. She looks great in this, but also as if she's begging us to rescue her with her eyes -- which might be just how her face looks, honestly.
