Prepare yourselves. People have gone full Christmas.

Speaking of Christmas, the Queen hosted her annual holiday luncheon this week and[ it was full of cute Cambridge children](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/the-queens-christmas-luncheon-2019/). (And also tartan.)

Elsewhere on the internets:

Per People, [Prince Philip is currently in the hospital, for "observation." ](https://people.com/royals/prince-philip-98-hospitalized-just-ahead-of-christmas-due-to-pre-existing-condition/?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io)(It doesn't sound TOO serious -- especially because he went up to London and the Queen still went to Sandringham, but, you know. He is 98 years old.)

At Royal Central: [King Harald of Norway is sick and Crown Prince Haakon has been appointed regent for the moment.](https://royalcentral.co.uk/europe/norway/breaking-king-harald-of-norway-is-ill-crown-prince-haakon-appointed-regent-134914/?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) (Apparently, this happens occasionally in Norway -- at least more than it does in the UK)

At Town & Country, this is juicy: [Christina Oxenberg Is Related to Royalty and Hollywood Stars—And She Is Ready to Tell *All* Her Stories](https://www.townandcountrymag.com/society/tradition/a30222833/christina-oxenberg-instagram-patreon-memoir/?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io)

T&C also [looked back at a decade of royalty](https://www.townandcountrymag.com/society/tradition/a30172661/biggest-royal-family-moments-of-2010s-decade/?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io).

The BBC tells us how [Prince Louis loves Mary Berry](https://www.bbc.com/news/entertainment-arts-50801503?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io). Don't we all?!

Interesting (as always!) at The Court Jeweller: [BRITISH ROYAL HEIRLOOMS SOLD AT AUCTION](https://www.thecourtjeweller.com/2019/12/british-royal-heirlooms-sold-at-auction.html?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io). (Whoa, all caps! Think of that as your Extra! Extra! headline.)

And, on social media:

Harry's disguise during this sabbatical is excellent! (Also, this is very sweet indeed.)
