It may make you a little peckish. ALSO we had a LOT of royals coverage earlier this week, in case you missed any of it. Ahem: 1. [Wills and Kate had a holiday party and she looked FESTIVE](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/wills-and-kate-host-a-christmas-party-and-she-looks-so-festive-12-2018/) 2. We rounded up some options[ for you to snag your own festive skirt](https://www.gofugyourself.com/fug-nation-loves-a-festive-red-tartan-skirt-12-2018?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) 3. Wills and Kate also went to the year-end Diplomatic Reception [and there were TIARAS](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/its-time-for-more-tiaras-and-duchesses-walking-out-of-buildings-12-2018/) (and we also got a tiny Meghan sighting there). 4. Wills and Kate THEN went to Cyprus to deliver gifts and cards, [and trousers were worn](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/wills-and-kate-went-to-cyprus-today-12-2018/)! ALSO Meghan had an event yesterday, but no photographers were there and we only got these handout pics: > Today we brought together university leaders, academics & [#students](https://twitter.com/hashtag/students?src=hash&ref%5Fsrc=twsrc%5Etfw&ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) to discuss how we can build a better world through [#highered](https://twitter.com/hashtag/highered?src=hash&ref%5Fsrc=twsrc%5Etfw&ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io). We were honoured to be joined by HRH The Duchess of Sussex. Thanks to [@KingsCollegeLon](https://twitter.com/KingsCollegeLon?ref%5Fsrc=twsrc%5Etfw&ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) for hosting! She might have on sequined culottes under there! (She might have gotten a haircut, maybe? Her hair looks great, regardless.) Elsewhere of interest: LATE ADD (on Saturday): [Emily Andrews at the Sun has a LOT of intel about the Harry/Wills issues of late.](https://www.thesun.co.uk/news/7927914/prince-william-harry-feud-relationship-meghan-markle-kate-middleton/?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) (She's pretty reliable and her Harry sources are historically quite good.) Note: She herself came on Twitter to note that she doesn't think this is "civil war," but a "redrawing of boundaries" and I'm sure that's true, but growing pains are tough when they're happening. [We discussed this earlier in the week](https://www.gofugyourself.com/michelle-obama-looks-pretty-great-on-the-cover-of-good-housekeeping-12-2018?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) when we talked about Michelle Obama, [but she and Meghan met this week](https://www.telegraph.co.uk/royal-family/2018/12/04/meghan-markle-holds-private-talks-michelle-obama-hearing-speak/?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io)! \[Telegraph\] Lainey [has more details on Meghan and Harry's duties at the van Straubenzee Memorial event earlier this week](https://pubx.co/qTNCJE?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io). Also at T&C: [ Inside Windsor Castle at Christmas.](https://www.townandcountrymag.com/society/tradition/a25361735/windsor-castle-at-christmas/?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) It's VERY festive. (I can vouch for this personally, as the decorations were still up when Heather and I went in 2014 to research *The Royal We)* People gets historical: [Did Mary, Queen of Scots’ Husband Have a Gay Affair?](https://people.com/royals/mary-queen-of-scots-husband-gay-affair/?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) (My understanding of history is that EVERYONE had a gay affair.) At Vanity Fair: Aw.
