This sign is amazing. I feel like Kate is looking at it and thinking, "that is potentially incredibly rude." (I also just read that she's wearing Diana's earrings here. Which makes sense, as they match her ring.)
This is at the premiere of The Second Best Exotic Marigold Hotel, and how gorgeous that red carpet is.
And Camilla REALLY brought out the jewels for this. That is some BLING.
Did you know that there is a museum in London devoted to fans?! There is, and Camilla visited it this week.
She loves wearing this fur hat to the races. I also enjoyed this snap because you can see her charm bracelet.
These two also popped out to celebrate Chinese New Year, which is quite picturesque as a bonus.
I enjoy how VERY FOCUSED Camilla seems to be on learning all about those dumplings.
This photo is amazing. It looks like the cover of Charles's new album. Informative Caption tells us, "The Prince of Wales, President of WaterAid visits the recently constructed Lee Tunnel to mark the 150th anniversary of London's sewer network at the Abbey Mills Pumping Station in East London." What a week of engagements for a person: dumplings, movies, sewer tunnels.
But honestly, this is quite fascinating: "The Abbey Mills pumping station is one of the crown jewels of the Victorian sewage system that Joseph Bazalgette designed to help relieve the chronic water and sewage problems of London's growing population in 1865. Prince Charles's visit is to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the start of the modern water system that serves London." Am I weird for wanting to tour this sewage plant? I find ancient plumbing interesting, okay?!? In fact, when I was in fifth grade, my class took a field trip to a local sewage reclamation plant and I thought it was SO INTERESTING. Maybe I should have gone to work for the Department of Water and Power. Which is not quite as gorgeous in LA as it is here.
There is a lot of refurbishment in this week's Round-Up. To wit, this is: "Queen Elizabeth II during a visit to reopen Canada House on Trafalgar Square, following an extensive programme of restoration and refurbishment." It appears to have met with Her Approval.
"Mine. ALL MINE."
I sincerely love this little jacket. I would wear it. (With jeans.)
"I'm not even paying attention to the rug. Let's talk about how you get your hair so perfectly and gloriously white!"
Anne went to the Scotland/Wales rugby match this week, where surely many manly thighs were admired.
And this is from last week, but I missed it in that post -- Sophie looks foxy here, no?
Fergie took to the runway in the 'Fashion For Relief' event at London Fashion Week (Heather and I went to the NYC one) and that is the origin of that tee shirt. If I may be so bold, isn't EVERYONE against Ebola?
If you listen closely, you can hear Princess Eugenie groaning, "oh my god, MOM."
I hope they're talking about Maxima's hat collection here.
Maxima DOES dig an enormous lid.
These two popped out for the Opening Ceremony of the FIS Nordic World Ski Championships. They look cute in their ski gear.
HOW CUTE IS PRINCESS ESTELLE IN HER SKI GEAR? She is the most snuggly.
It goes without saying, I imagine, that I LOVE THIS on Letizia
And I know you want to eyeball her up-do.
This is ALSO a good dress on her, and those shoes manage to be interesting and also conservative. I quite enjoy them.
Coats!
