Hey guys! First off, a heads up to everyone: The comments last week got a bit contentious, so this week, **I'm going to start out with a request that everyone please be cool**. Much of this is subjective and we're not all going to agree with each other all the time, and that's fine. All I request is that you please disagree congenially and with substance, and if you wouldn't say whatever you're about to say at a dinner party, don't say it here.
