Town and Country UK have put out four covers to celebrate Her Majesty's 90th birthday in April, and I think they are really neat. This one is, I think, my favorite.

This one is for aficionados of dogs, terraces, brown blazers, and Princess Margaret.

I am OBVIOUSLY delighted to have another photo to add to my collection of Royals Stuck In Bushes.

(A) I obviously need to read "what to wear to marry Prince Harry," and I am (b) AT HOME for that tweedy blazer.

Anne is in Belgium. Here, she is visiting a war memorial for military killed in World War I whose graves are unknown. Obviously, it appears that something is afoot, as well, and I'd be remiss if I didn't note that I could say that this photo dated from 1972 and everyone would believe it.

It seems only right that a new tube line is named after QE2, and if you've ever wondered if Her Majesty is a professional -- SURELY YOU HAVE NOT -- then her ensemble's coordination with her line's signage should answer that question definitively.

"Queen Elizabeth II receives His Excellency Mr Karl Hood on his appointment as High Commissioner for Grenada," as everyone politely ignores the rug.

This set-up seems to require Informative Caption: " Prince Charles, Prince of Wales, Colonel-in-Chief, 1st The Queen's Dragoon Guards, takes a seat in an open-topped Jackal 2 armoured vehicle during his visit to the new barracks of the 1st The Queen's Dragoon Guards...The Prince of Wales visited the Regiment, following their move back to the UK after 14 years of being based in Germany, where he opened the recently refurbished Welfare Centre, viewed vehicles and equipment, met serving soldiers and members of the Norfolk Cadets and was presented with the first 'Regimental Medal' and three cheers in recognition of his support." Also he got to ride in this funky vehicle!

Here, Chaz and Camz are talking to "Giles Mandelbrote, Librarian and Archivist, Lambeth Palace Library, as they attend a reception for the charity Friends of the National Libraries." (a) I have a lot of interested questions for anyone who is a librarian/archivist at a palace. (b) I LOVE A LIBRARIAN NAMED GILES.

I just love this photo. Just casually letting this baby hold onto her finger.

I continue to be ALWAYS amused that Chaz and Camz consistently have a cocktail at these things. Maybe if Wills and Kate would let themselves have a tipple at an outing, they'd enjoy them more!
Additionally, this is the portrait gallery in Buckingham Palace, which is where Wills and Kate had their cake live at the wedding reception, and you can see it on the tour, which you could totally take if you visit London. (It's also the setting for an important scene in The Royal We.)

Over to Spain, where this coat is adorable on Letizia, but her pants...

...ARE INSANE. On a ski slope someone, Queen Maxima is SOOOO JEALOUS right now.

This is a visit to a children's hospital...OR a pre-trial meeting. You be the judge.

This is the coat Letizia was wearing OVER the blazer in the previous slide, and it amuses me that she's just decided not to deal with her belt.

It's the annual photocall for the Dutch family, on their annual ski trip!

And the annual shot of Maxima being gleefully towed by the U-bar ski lift!

Sofia looks lovely in this red dress. Her baby is due any day now, so all you Swedish journos better start setting up camp in front of the Swedish version of the Lindo Wing.
