Let's get into this, y'all.

In case you missed any of the royal outings this week, of which there were many:

Meghan[ rejected neutrals for a day](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/meghan-is-tired-of-us-complaining-about-her-wearing-neutrals-all-the-time-01-2019/)!

We rounded up [a variety of red coats similar to hers.](https://www.gofugyourself.com/fug-nation-loves-red-coats-01-2019?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io)

Kate put on[ a tweedy jacket and made pizza with kids](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/kate-makes-pizza-designs-gardens-and-other-items-of-duchessly-interest-01-2019/).

Meghan[ returned to neutrals and cuddled puppies.](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/meghans-pendulum-swings-back-to-beige-01-2019/)

Kate re-wore [a bright Oscar de la Renta and met some firmly muscular ballet dancers.](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/kate-visits-the-royal-opera-house-01-2019/)

Meghan was [VERY SPARKLY at Cirque du Soleil](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/meghans-roland-mouret-is-quite-good-01-2019/).

Phew!

Elsewhere on the internet:

[Prince Philip was in a car accident yesterday, but is allegedly fine even though his Land Rover overturned.](https://people.com/royals/prince-philip-car-accident-not-injured/?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) Damn, dude! Everyone is lucky to have emerged from that alive. (Also, there were a lot of headlines that were like PHILIP BREATHALYZED AT SCENE!!!! and it's....because that's the law in the UK when there's an accident. No one was DWI.) I also read a[ more expansive BBC piece where they talked to the man on the scene who helped](https://www.bbc.com/news/uk-46918039?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) and it made me chuckle when he specified that Philip didn't say anything rude at any time.) \[BBC, People\]

[Meghan got snapped out and about in London this week and I really want a better look at her jeans](https://www.meghansmirror.com/street-style/meghan-spotted-shopping-in-london/?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io). (I always REALLY feel Meghan's off-duty wear. We Los Angelenos love our jeans.) \[Meghan's Mirror\]

[The DMIK has more deets on the person with whom she was out and about -- KP's new deputy press secretary. ](https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-6608185/Duchess-heads-restaurant-new-deputy-press-secretary.html?fbclid=IwAR1B1R6YPQgh6ybDqwqc20IoWQUHlDT0Myjn2Fgb1EFkdud15W4y2wPXXv8&ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io)Apparently the rumors of splitting up the Sussexes and Cambridges offices possibly exaggerated?

At Glamour: ['Markle Sparkle' Is a Real Thing—and the Women Who Shop Because of Meghan Markle Really Feel It](https://www.glamour.com/story/women-who-shop-because-of-meghan-markle??ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io)

Hello! reports that [Harry and Meghan....brace yourself...sent TWO CHRISTMAS CARDS!!!!](https://ca.hellomagazine.com/royalty/2019011766743/meghan-markle-prince-harry-sent-two-christmas-cards/?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) (This new one has a pic from their royal tour.)

Town & Country asks [What Was Queen Victoria Like as a Mother?](https://www.townandcountrymag.com/society/tradition/a25835359/queen-victoria-children/?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) Spoiler: NOT GREAT. (I knew this from [*The Heir Apparent*](https://amzn.to/2SZS8it?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io), which is an excellent read.) If ever there were a Queen who could have thrived with modern birth control methods at her disposal, it was Vic. (I mean, also probably all the rest of them, but you feel me.)

T&C is also like [OMG ENOUGH WITH THIS NAIL POLISH PROTOCOL BULLSHIT.](https://www.townandcountrymag.com/society/tradition/a25935512/meghan-markle-royal-protocol-nail-polish-cirque-du-soleil/??ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io)
