The Danes always have a LOT of New Year's Shenangians, which are much appreciated by me, and which always call for Queen Margrethe to pull out ALL her fancy fur coats.

They both look very dashing and romantic -- it takes a lot of man to pull off that hat without looking like you fell out of the costume trailer at War & Peace II -- and Mary's tiara is MAJOR.

Princess Marie is married to Crown Prince Frederik's brother and she truly looks like Crown Princess Mary to me. SURELY everyone in that social circle has side-eyed the heck out of that. Having said that: she looks awesome in this.
