Here's the promotional marketing for Law & Order: Spain, with Queen Letizia as the country's most glamorous legal genius.

Camz and Chaz are on a visit of Cornwall -- which is the Duchy of the Prince of Wales, so I feel like this isn't really "a visit" as much as it's, "hey, let's go to Cornwall and hang out with people" -- and Camilla is, of course, having a tipple.

FULL MARKS to the kid who showed up to this event wearing a mask of Harry.

"And here, your royal highness, is the Traditional Giant Flip Flop of Cornwall. We're terribly proud."

"Giant shoes, booze, and kids in masks. THIS TRIP WAS A SUCCESS."

Jocelyn Roy-Vienneau is Lieutenant-Governor of New Brunswick in Canada. I am a person who picked this particular photo of her Maj -- looking lovely in a print! I love the Queen in prints -- so I could examine the photos on her side table. One is definitely Zara and Mike Tindall at their wedding. There are MANY photos of Men in Uniform.

I LOVE this pattern on Mathilde and I wish I had it as a pair of fabulous sheets on my bed.

It was National Day in Belgium, and here we've got: Princess Eleonore, Prince Emmanuel, Princess Elisabeth, Prince Gabriel, Queen Mathilde, and then King Philippe bringing up the rear. Let's applaud Mathilde for really wearing a REAL HAT.

Also at the event: Princess Claire and Prince Laurent. Is Prince Laurent SERIOUSLY TAKING A PHONE CALL ON THE DIAS? Dude. Also, his Wikipedia is interesting, as are most Wikipedias of rando royals: At some point, he ran off to the Congo without permission, he was involved in a scandal in which it appeared maybe the Navy paid to redecorate his house, and also he once had himself put voluntarily into a coma.
As for Claire, her Wikipedia is sadly devoid of any scandal or coma, and thus is a disappointment to me.

A) CP Haakon is so handsome.
B) Per Visit Norway, "[the] St. Olav Festival is one of Norways largest church and culture festivals...Olav Haraldsson fell in the battle of Stiklestad in 1030, while attempting to unite and Christianize Norway." It looks fun, and I just hope the Saint Olav festival also recognizes the best PR for Saint Olav that the United States has ever known, Ms Betty White.

I feel like M-M is the sort of person who owns, like, A LOT of ponchos.

To an American such as myself, "Sverre Magnus" really does sound like a Norwegian king. (He, more than likely, however, won't be, because his sister is ahead of him in line. Interestingly, the Norwegians are ALSO in line for the British throne, but he is higher in line for that than she is, because of male primogeniture. I feel like they've been trying to reverse the British primogeniture rule for AGES NOW. George being a boy must have made everyone lackadaisical about it.) ANYWAY. I am not sure why M-M AND CPH changed clothes upon this day, but maybe the poncho became too tiresome.

Informative Caption tells me: "Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary of Denmark, with Princess Josephine, view The Guard Change At Grasten Castle." I am all albout CPF's Casual Summer at the Castle wear. The Brits would never show up for some kind of official Castle Shenanigans in shorts. I just want to see Wills and Harry in shorts and Vans. IS THAT SO MUCH TO ASK?

I would also pay good money to see QE2 pop out of Balmoral in her jeans and cheerfully wave at everyone. Can't someone please make this happen?
