"Okay, so this movie is about this very very dashing prince and his troublesome younger brother who keeps getting into romantical scrapes from which he needs to be rescued, and this very pretty brown-haired girl who is actually a SORCERESS and we -- I mean, THEY -- THEY have adventures! ACTION!"
"So, Steve. Tell me more about your ab routine. Wait, I need a pen. Just one sec...."
Prince Albert is visiting the Netherlands -- sans Charlene, who is busy at home gestating, I presume -- and so they had a party. I LOVE this on Maxima, and clearly so does W-A. Bonus tiara!
The green Lanvin makes up for the fact that this jumpsuit MAKES ME WANT TO DIE. MAXIMA. MAXIMA. NO.
The Countess of Wessex got the nod for this week's garden party. I like the skirt, and I like the fabric -- and I am amused by the hat, which is often the best use of a hat -- but I wonder if either the jacket or the skirt might be better more streamlined? Let's discuss.
Ever since one of you pointed out the The Queen's umbrellas match her outfits, I have been fixated on this. Additionally, you HAVE seen this outfit before. It's the same thing she wore that one time that one grandchildren of hers married that pretty brown-haired sorceress.
As I believe we discussed last week, surely the best way to get the attention of the Queen at an event is to somehow bring your dog.
This is two cute blazers in two weeks on Bea. Golf clap.
This was their first outing after the abdication was announced. They both look a little dazed; Letizia's outfit feels a little thrown together, like, "aw, shit, am I going to have to wear skirts all the time now? I DON'T HAVE ONE THAT GOES WITH THIS BLAZER. I hate being Queen."
And, indeed, let's watch this space, but I suspect someone is going to start showing more leg. That said, this skirt is very cute. But there is NO REASON IN THE WORLD for beige shoes with it. You could literally wear any shoes in the world with this.
