Here's to many years of good health for this little noodle. Per Informative Caption, this is "The Champagne Laurent-Perrier Meet of the British Driving Society" and "Lady Louise has taken over from her Grandfather, Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh to lead the procession, driving a recently restored carriage used by Queen Elizabeth II in 1943 and being drawn by one of The Queen's Fell Ponies." Philip was there -- as were Louise's parents and I think the Queen (who is all over the horse show; that woman LOVES a horse show) -- and he looked DELIGHTED by this. (Photo by Chris Jackson/Getty Images) This is the Covered Market in Oxford, and Informative Caption tells me that it "dates back to the 1770's and has a long and varied heritage," which I know to be true because I have been there. I love both Camilla's skirt and the expression on the face of the young man behind her. She also has this incredibly detailed genealogical note in her Wiki page: "Alicia was the heir general of the kings of Navarre, as well as of Edward the Confessor and David I of Scotland.If the marriage of Maria Beatrice of Savoy to her uncle is deemed illegal, then Alicia, as heir of Maria Beatrice's next sister, would have been the Jacobite pretender to the thrones of England, Scotland, France and Ireland.
