Felitiza? -- didn't attend due to being in Peru, with the president Martin Alberto Vizcarra, and his wife, Maribel Carmen Diaz. I obviously swoon for Letizia's dress, and as far as I can tell from Wikipedia, the Peruvians are not particularly scandalous! I love how much this photo makes it looks like he just told a joke that HE loves and she thinks is dumb. (By my understanding, she actually is v. fond of him. [His Wiki is good, too](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harald%5FV%5Fof%5FNorway?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io). He was a three-time Olympian! He was one of the first heirs to marry a commoner and it was a big-ass to-do! He threatened to NEVER MARRY and thus END THE MONARCHY FOREVER if they weren't allowed to get married, which is very very romantic. He ran into DRAMA fleeing the Nazis!
