Established in 1992, the 24/7 national helpline provides welfare support for veterans and their families, working in partnership with Combat Stress and the Samaritans. Part of the Ministry of Defence, Veterans UK also administers the pension and compensation schemes for those injured or bereaved through service in the Armed Forces. During the visit, Prince Harry will tour the facility to meet staff and welfare officers, alongside veterans and families who benefit from the range of support services. Upon departure, His Royal Highness will unveil a plaque at the front of the building.
The Prince answered calls from veterans in the call centre and received a brass poppy from Phoebe Taylor daughter of member of staff.

Prince Harry will undertake a two day visit to Copenhagen, Denmark on Wednesday 25th and Thursday 26th October. This visit is at the request of The Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
This will be His Royal Highness's first official visit to Denmark, and Prince Harry is looking forward to meeting the people of Copenhagen. In particular he will spend time with young Danes making a real difference in fields including business, sports and social development, and His Royal Highness will have an opportunity to meet veterans including the recently returned Danish Invictus Games team.
Harry's been busy this week, as he also popped over to Denmark. Don't they make a charming couple? I don't want to break up Harry and Meghan obviously, but it would be an amazing story if Harry and Daisy ran off together. She looks very sharp, as ever.

Prince Harry and Prince Joachim will learn about the origins of the initiative which uses sports and teamwork to help rehabilitate wounded soldiers, and during this visit there will be demonstrations of the most popular activities including sitting volleyball and 'rolling floor ball'. The event will conclude with a reception which will be attended by some of the recently returned Invictus Games competitors who have benefitted from this project.
"Great job, Danes! See you next time!" (In the interest of Being Informative, here he and Prince Joachim popped over to "a project which supports veterans of the Danish Armed Forces. Prince Harry and Prince Joachim [learned] about the origins of the initiative, which uses sports and teamwork to help rehabilitate wounded soldiers, and [saw] demonstrations of the most popular activities, including sitting volleyball and 'rolling floor ball'. The event [concluded] with a reception attended by some of the recently returned Invictus Games competitors who have benefited from this project." That all seems RIGHT on brand. Joaquim was the other oher royal that Harry hung out with, as far as I can tell. He did not get to galavant about with Crown Princess Mary.
