Prince Harry visits the Royal Marines Commando Training Centre

I am not sure that's street legal, sir. In case you're wondering, Informative Caption tells me that a very chipper looking Prince Harry "arrived at the centre in a Royal Navy Wildcat Maritime Attack Helicopter for his first visit in his role as Captain General Royal Marines. He met with new recruits undergoing training as well as the Invictus Games Racing Team." Well done!

Prince Harry

I told you he looked peppy.

"No, sir, I'm sorry. We just heard back from your grandmother and you cannot buzz the palace in this. She wants you to get out. I'm sorry."

Here, Informative Caption tells me that "Harry speaks with Royal Marine Phil Eaglesham and his dog Cooper," but we all know that Cooper is really just weighing in on Harry's new trousers.

Prince William

"Who told him to get some new khakis? THIS ONE."

Wills

Someone's poker face slipped a little bit at this one!

Tusk Rhino Trail event at Kensington Palace Gardens

"Honestly, I just came outside to see why there are a bunch of rhinos on my lawn. I am not even supposed to be at this." (jk; this is obviously one of his patronages, which is currently doing an art installation about poaching.)

'Mental Health At Work' initiative launch

And this is the launch of "Mental Health At Work," which is a new arm of the Kensington Palace mental health initiative. Wills did a fair amount of stuff this week! I assume Kate will emerge....soon? (Emily Andrews predicted October, which is soon enough.)

BGC Annual Global Charity Day

This color is good on Sophie, but the cut of this is very weird on her and I assume it is the work of La Wickstead.

BGC Annual Global Charity Day

I hope this child critiqued her form.

Prince Charles visit to Northumberland,

HIDEOUS!!!!!!! Informative Caption tells us, "Prince Charles is given a tour of Hexham Abbey to see the restoration of the roof and medieval panel paintings, as he carries out a series of engagements in Northumberland." Ugh, I want to go see some medieval panel paintings!!!

Prince Charles visit to Northumberland

And a cocktail. (This is "a small taster of Hepple Gin during a visit to the Moorland Spirit Company Ltds Hepple Gin distillery, where the company are undertaking a sustainable juniper restoration and propagation project in Rothbury....The visit comes as The Prince of Wales carried out a number of engagements during a two-day visit to Northumberland, including visits to the Sill National Landscape Discovery Centre, the farmers market in Hexham, a visit to the birthplace of Lancelot Capability Brown at Kirkharle, a Salmon centre and hatchery and Alnwick Gardens." That all sounds very educational and diverting!

First official visit of Princess Leonor to Asturias, Spain

Meanwhile, in Spain, all these other people tagged along as Princess Leonor made her first official visit to Asturias. (Her official title, as Heiress Presumptive, is Princess f Asturias.)

Queen Maxima

She's going through a real blue period this week. You'll see.

Queen Maxima

SEE!

Queen Maxima

This is very chic, though.

Princess Akiko

Meanwhile, Japan's Princess Akiko is on a baot! (In fact, she "waves as she embarks on a cruise in the Bosporus Strait, separating Europe and Asia, following a visit at the Besiktas Marine Museum in Istanbul." Fun!)

Queen Rania visits an orphanage

This is a good skirt on Rania, who is off doing good things.

Crown Princess Mary Visits Finland

This is a LOT of beige on Mary.

Crown Princess Mary
