I mean, where else but Cannes can(nes) you even wear this? I think it's fabulous but also VERY specific.

I mean, maybe if you're in an old film about the many paramours of Louis XIV or something, but those are thin on the ground lately. Best to grab this opportunity instead.

I think this is very fun and fabulous and I JUST noticed that the front of the skirt -- the panniers etc -- are a suit jacket. When you zip past it, it just looks like a constructed skirt. Clever! (And, again, this is the place to do it.)

This DOES seem right for the premiere of something called *Victorian Psycho*. All these looks are a tiny bit crazy. (Complementary.)
