Now that I know this is Viktor & Rolf, it makes a bit more sense, because they're whimsical as hell and this is WEIRD. I like the hot pink breaking up the black, but those look like little baggies that should have free undereye masks inside them for everyone. I'd love to see her reaching in and tossing those out like candy.

That cardigan is sequins, but it reads almost like crushed velvet in photos, which is truly unfortunate. This color is beautiful on her, the dress is fine, and the cardigan feels like someone threw it together late because she was worried she'd be cold.
