I'm serious. WHY WOULD YOU DO THIS? WHO WEARS A CHOKER WITH A HALTER TOP?

WHO DOES THAT? WHO? This looks like a medically-required accessory, as if -- like one of y'all said to us on Twitter -- this choker, this GIANT HIDEOUS CHOKER, is literally holding her head on her body. I just don't get it. Wearing a choker with a halter top is like wearing a beret on top of your bowler hat. A bolo tie on top of your actual tie. Gloves with your arm-warmers. It is (a) superfluous and (b) really f'ing confusing. In what universe did a stylist look at this and say, "you need to look more like you're holding your face on with mesh"? NONE OF THEM.
