# SAG Awards Fug or Fab: Reese Witherspoon in Armani

This photographed better than I expected; it wasn't terribly flattering to her on the E! telecast, although that thing was such a clusterfiasco that I think it's possible it tainted everyone it touched. Wherever she was, Giuliana must have popped a cork for her job security.

Whoops, sorry, Reese. Didn't mean to sideline you.

I am drawing a blank on her, and I think it's because the dress *itself* is a bit of a blank. I am not reacting because it's not giving me a lot to react *to*, you know? It's fine. The fit is meh. The lipstick is great, but the blush is aggressive. which averages out to okay. She has on some pleasant accessories. This is a very capable palate cleanser between her sparkly Globes dress and what I hope will be an Oscar night knockout. In fact, it has a whiff of the E! about it: There is some effort there to put on a show, but frankly, it needs the big guns to work.
