Her FACE is not the problem. Her face, and skin, and hair, are never the problem. Kelly Osbourne saw basically exactly this much of the outfit and was like, "I LOVE IT. I can't wait until I can see it." In the end, this is maybe the best bit.
I liked it conceptually -- the tuxedo design is fun -- but something about the bodice didn't work for me. Like... the bodice part of the bodice. Let's go in for a closer look.
You can't see it in the picture, really, but it's satin-y and shiny. Someone in Fug Nation astutely pointed out that it might've worked better if it were in a different fabric, and someone ELSE suggested the top should be redesigned to be a deeper V. Both of those might have helped. Thumbs up on the cleav, at least, but I don't think the top half of this flatters the rest of her nearly as much as it should.
This is Prada, and the fabric looks kind of like if Jessica Pare were in a Japanese music video about Skittles. I applaud her boldness, but I don't want to taste that rainbow. Clothes that look back at you are tricky business already, but this one makes me fear that leprechauns are stealing that face's brain.
