We don't just begin with a clutch. We begin with THE clutch.
This is a nice clutch, too. It's not her fault she didn't find a kitschy way to work in her (former) day job.
This is a very cute, very small purse. I hope she fit everything she needed in it. It DOES seem, at least, to be smartphone-size.
You know how much I hate see-through shoes that expose a crammed-in foot.
I love an orb. Lady Edith has very good eyebrows, too.
Lady Edith had all SORTS of interesting accessories.
Those look like she's in for a world of chafing.
These are pretty -- they were almost 100 percent better than the dress itself.
Well NAB'd, milady.
I wish I could see more of this, but I'm sure it's pretty good.
Not my favorite, but not the worst -- and in fact, the best part of her outfit.
I'm just so glad she didn't wear big ol' white pointy-toed pumps.
In case you want a closer look at Emma's flats. Which she also wore to a pre-Globes party. She loves those flats apparently as much as she hated her Loubs from actual Globes night.
Emma Thompson was not the only one in flats.
ALSO the best part of HER outfit.
Foot thongs! Wait, I guess technically those are flip-flips. But these LOOK like underwear.
I like that. I don't entirely think it goes with her dress? But I wouldn't kick it out of bed.
I find it amusing that Rita Wilson has a purse that perfectly AND I MEAN PERFECTLY matches her dress.
Emeralds. Yes. So much.
Pretty earrings. She's also quite good in American Hustle, it's worth noting.
Very nice. She looked really good, and also, strangely, now I feel like she and Juliette Lewis should play sisters.
Is it a jewel, or a mood ring?
Rings AND fingerless leather gloves AND large earrings. Oh, Mariah, you treasure.
For some reason these make me think of a dancer's shoes, like she wore them because Matt Damon promised they'd open the show with a sizzling paso doble and then bailed on her at the last second.
I like these earrings. And I think somehow the short haircut suits her face better when she does smoky eyes and lighter lips, like this, than the bright red lippy from the Globes.
I really do think Jesse Pinkman would've spent his first legit money on shoes like this.
These are very elaborate.
Those are delightfully enormous. Wrong for the outfit, I think -- they're close to matching, but not close enough to fly -- but delightfully enormous for sure.
Speaking of enormous.
At first I thought her ear jewelry was a word, and now I'm a little sad it's not.
Groovy.
I think the small earrings were the right call for her outfit. I mean, if we'd only ever seen THIS much of her, I'd have thought it was a home run. I'm so mad at that stupid dickey-jacket-bib malarkey.
I cherish that she wore a tiara.
Those are both cool, and look like they're being slowly ejected from a string of galactic goo.
This looks a bit like she sneezed.
